Payment
Payment is via Stripe. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Postage Costs and Delivery
UK (Excluding Northern Ireland) – Items will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Signed For
The costs depends upon the weight of the order
0 – 30 grammes (Small letter size) £2.95
31 – 45 grammes (Large letter size) £3.95
46 – 425 grammes (Small parcel size) £4.95
426 + grammes (Large parcel size) £6.95
Free Delivery on orders over £75.00
Free Collection is also available from Stanningley, Leeds. This option can be selected at checkout.
Free local delivery may also be available, please contact us to discuss.
When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
International Shipping – Unfortunately International shipping is unavailable at the moment.
Returns Policy
All Personalised items are non returnable unless faulty or there has been a mistake on our part.
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace the item.
Non Personalised items can be returned with 21 working days of delivery. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us if you are not completely satisfied and would like to return any item. You are responsible for the return costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given upon contact.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
